Alexander Graham Bell
"Sometimes we stare so long at a door that is closing that we see too late the one that is open"
Alexander Graham Bell was born on March 3, 1847 and died on August 2, 1922. He was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. In 1874, Bell had invented the first telephone. Bell had founded a school made for the death in Massachusetts, and that interested him in transmitting speech. And that's what got him inspired to invent some kind of telephone. On March 10, 1876 was a memorable day for Bell and his assistant. They were able to get the first actual sentence transmitted. It said "Watson, come here; I want you" In 1877, Bell and his investors were able to form the Bell Telephone Company. Communication with telephones have changed dramatically over the years since it was first invented. They went from being there for mostly emergencies, to being major necessities that we humans can't go a day without.
